Great pre arrival communications from the hotel by email. We loved the location, easy to walk to the major sites, close to the Mekong and also the night food market. Really excellent hotel—we stayed as a family of four in a two bedroom suite. Clean room, large, with full kitchen, two full bathrooms with separate shower and toilet rooms (which is key). “Good for a long stay, beware of spotty wifi.”
We booked a 2BR apt. Large and spacious however not as clean as pictures. Loved having laundry washer. No dryer just rack. Beds are firm. Bedding is clean.
