“The Customer service is top notch.”
Everything was as expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was excellent. We arrived early in the morning, but we could left our luggage at the hotel. When we checked out we could leave our luggage to the hotel until evening so it was easier to spend the day around town… more

Great location in Riga opposite the train station and the old town less than 10 minutes walk through the pleasant city park. This hotel is on the edge of the Riga Old Town right by the corner of the park containing the old moat turned into a canal. Well disappointing. Air condition does not work, neither one of the bedside sockets. the bar is closed. Bathroom standard mediocre. Carpets, floors worn out. Good location close to the old town.
