The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view of the old town across the river. The weakest point is the service within the hotel. “Mixed experience”
I booked this hotel expecting a standard Radisson Blu experience but didn't get what I had anticipated. The hotel, despite being built in post-Soviet times still has all the hallmarks of something designed by the Russians. Rooms are big and beds are very good (wide and comfortable billows). Breakfast very decent. However the older part of building is very tired. “Decent stay, avoid breakfast, spa area needs clean”
Our room had been recently renovated and was quite spacious. We had to request a few times for non-feather pillows due to an allergy which took a day to sort out. Breakfast is in no way worth €20 a person, skip it and get something in town. The spa area was a nice amenity though overcrowded at time… more
