Very good service. Large comfortable room. Cleaned and serviced very well everyday. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. Excellent location in the old town. Has a very nice cafe joined on with amazing cakes.

Honestly can’t fault this hotel: great location for exploring Vilnius, elegant design, warm and professional staff. But what made this hotel stand out was the attention to small details: at breakfast, coffee was made to order (no nasty coffee machines), as were eggs, a glass of sparkling tea upon arrival, plenty of plus and good mirrors in the room. All the small details add up to a brilliant impression. Sadly didn’t have time to explore the spa, but hopefully next time.

Hotel Paccai is beautiful and has the perfect location for exploring Vilnius. Virtually every bar and restaurant we went to was right nearby. But it’s the customer service that made staying here special. From our friendly greeting—with a welcome drink!—and help with car and luggage, to the cheerful greeting and service each morning at breakfast, to the speed with which our car was waiting for us upon checkout, to the thoughtful offer of waters for our drive. All so warm and friendly! The room was large and well appointed, the bathroom had any amenity you might need. Breakfast was standard buffet fare with some nice menu options. There were a couple issues though. Upon arriving, we couldn’t find the entrance, which is through an arch and into a courtyard. Our room was very far from the lobby; there were stairs that led to the courtyard and shortened the trip. Small things to quibble about when our stay was made so lovely by the top notch staff.

My husband and I spent 3 nights here in a lovely room with a huge window (almost the whole wall!) - room 324. What we liked: - the room was well appointed - desk, comfortable chairs and bed, good and easy to control lighting, nice large bathroom with Molton Brown products. It didn’t feel like ”every other hotel” - the key envelope helpfully provides breakfast hours, checkout time, and the wifi password (why don’t more hotels think to do this??) - the staff were super nice. Example: we arrived late in the evening and went to the bar for some pre-bedtime refreshments, and I wanted ice cream. The waiter said ”I think the kitchen is closed, but let me see what I can do” (and listed the flavors they likely might have). Then he brought me ice cream when he brought my husband’s drink. (And it was lovely!). - the breakfast room wasn’t too crowded, and there was a menu on the table to order more hot items (included in the buffet) - everything was very clean and felt fresh - location, location, location! This could not have been more central to all the things you want to do in Vilnius, and we were super happy with the location. What could be better: - for a supposed 5* hotel, I missed turn-down service. I would have liked our towels, water bottles, etc., to be refreshed. - two of our three mornings, we got to breakfast about 15 minutes before it was scheduled to end, and several items (e.g., scrambled eggs, bacon) were already empty, and I was told they wouldn’t be refreshed. If we’d gotten there after the scheduled time, I’d expect that - but not within the scheduled hours. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and would choose it again!
