“Lovely place to stay”
Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location if you want to be near Buckingham Palace and Victoria tube / station. Room was spacious and pleasant, very comfy beds and quiet. We loved the location as we only used the train for transport. We could also walk to most locations.

“Perfect Location”

“Disappointing.”
A rather disappointing stay. We booked a twin room, but there was no bedside shelf for one bed, it had been removed and was in the wardrobe. It obviously did not fit when the double bed was changed to twin beds. The shower handle fell off and when you put it back, you had no way of changing the te… more
