“Unique Hotel”
Such a unique and lovely hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff. Each one we encountered were kind and wanting to be as helpful as possible. Room was larg very charming.

One of the best staff of the Hilton chain anywhere. Vittoria, Mayank, and the all the rest were a delight to interact with. “Great stay in the Double Tree, London Kensington”
We had such a great experience, since arrival Neha wanted to make sure we felt welcome and pleased to be in the hotel. All the rest of the team was also so helpful, and pleasant to deal with. We definitely feel like coming back as soon as we can, see you all soon.

“Very basic”
I felt this hotel was very basic. Staff didn’t have a particularly caring attitude and I struggled to sleep with the noise coming from the hotel bar downstairs.
