Stayed here just for a night on a personal trip to London. A quaint little hotel in the bylanes of Paddington, just a 10 mins walk away from the station. Mr Lee, the manager was kind enough to give us a ground floor room. Although the room was small & cozy , but all amenities like TV, heater, mini fridge, hair dryer, locker, cooler, fan, kettle and intercom were available. The beds were neatly done. Bathrooms were super clean, with a shower cubicle. Basic stuff like milk cream, tea & coffee powder, shower gel & shampoo were also provided. My experience was beyond expectations.

While definitely not a luxury hotel, this place has several points to recommend it: - Good location. 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, 7 minutes to Lancaster Gate underground, close to Hyde Park. Plenty of food places close by. - It’s clean - Friendly staff - Mini fridge in the room so you can buy food for snacks & breakfasts on your own to save money Some downsides: - It’s TINY. I know this is normal, but this is really really tiny. I am a small single woman and had to leave my 1 suitcase in the walkway between the bathroom and the bed because the tent no room for it - The shower barely gets above lukewarm, even at the maximum knob level - No lift. Not a deal breaker, but difficult with suitcases and could pose accessibility issues for some as there are a lot of stairs. Not luxurious or super modern, but clean, comfortable, and a good location. I’d stay again!

“Just a convenient base to explore London”

If you are looking for a basic base to explore London, this will suit you. Well placed for tube and bus stops and Parks a short walk away. There is NO free breakfast, all eating options are off site. They also need to learn how to make beds correctly!

First of all, remember that the overall rate experience i give is also according to the relation price-value. So the hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance from Paddington station which is a plus, the street in which the hotel is located is a very nice street. So, location is great (for me that i love taking the heathrow express train within walking distance). Now, clean?, yes, very. I stayed in a single room (a plus for solo travelers). The size was very very small, single bed, a tiny closet (so call), a mini mini fridge (good for buying water or soft drinks), and a tiny coffee/tea pot. The bathroom was good but then again, tiny sink. Space for luggage... not really, but you can manage if travel with max two small bags, otherwise, you will make it but... it is small space. the hotel is located in a beatiful house converted into rooms, but there is no elevator, and the rooms are located sort of 3 (ish) per floor, so if you travel heavy, or mobility problems, not ideal, other wise... it is good. So the hard moment of truth for you to decide.... Would i stay there again having the opportunity? Yes, if they give me a good rate. Hope this review was good for you, but if it was..
