The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable & well maintained with lovely decor. The staff were friendly & helpful. The continental breakfast was perfectly acceptable with plenty of different teas to choose from (you dont often get chamomile tea so I was very pleased to see it there, its my favourite) lovely little selection of toiletries included, as well as a thick white dressing gown each to wear after a shower. The shower was great, the water was hot. We especially loved the lights on the ceiling that looked like little stars 😃 Very happy with our stay. The negative reviews need to be ignored!! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back.

“Good London hotel”

We stayed one night in a standard double room. Greeted by a friendly receptionist and our room was on the first floor. We stayed one night in a standard double room. Greeted by a friendly receptionist and our room was on the first floor. The room was not big but had all the essentials including complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making equipment. The bathroom was quite compacted but adequate for washing and showering. Only thing was the 4ft wide double bed felted cramped for two adults. The continental breakfast provided was very good and was part of the room rate, which for London was a good deal. There’s also a decent pub on the corner of the road The Blackbird (Fullers). Food there was decent.

​I spent two nights at this hotel, which is very conveniently located near the Earls Court Underground station. The room was indeed compact; packing a small suitcase is a good idea, as the luggage rack is tiny. The facilities themselves are nice, clean, and comfortable, with kind service at reception. However, there was a major catch. ​Prior to my arrival, I made an enquiry regarding the air conditioning, as a heatwave was forecast for London. My concern was based on reviews left by previous guests. The hotel confirmed in writing that all units were fully functional, so I felt reassured. ​Unfortunately, during my first night, I realized that an energy-saving measure kicks in shortly after midnight, and the AC stops providing cool air. Upon reading the room instructions, I saw this policy was briefly mentioned—a detail I assume most guests overlook. ​My question to the hotel is: Why bother maintaining a certain service level if you ruin the entire experience by cutting the AC at night, leaving guests sweating? I don't care if the room reaches 29 degrees during the day, but a comfortable environment for resting at night is crucial. ​Because I specifically enquired about this beforehand, I feel I was given a misleading answer. I avoid repeating bad experiences and prefer to take my business elsewhere, to places that actually deserve it.
