“Kindness”

Great stay at the Hyatt. Two blocks and close to the Aldgate East underground stop for easy access to get around town. “Nice stay for business but get a room away from service lift”
I thought the hotel was very nice. However I was there for business reasons and I was put in 103 and the room it self was very spacious and clean. Shower didn’t have any water pressure. Also service left was very loud and I understand I work in the hotel industry. That staff need to use that to get… more
