“Beautiful luxury hotel with great location with a very busy lobby.”
Beautiful hotel with bit more traffic when compared with other luxury hotels like the Savoy or Biltmore. The standard kings and junior suites all have tiny bathrooms. Alex the front desk manager was very attentive and quickly responded with our upgrade request. He was terrific and so we're the door… more
