I cannot say enough great things about our stay! I admit I have fairly high standards when it comes to places to stay, and our one bedroom apartment did not disappoint! My husband, our 2 and 7 year old daughters and I enjoyed our one week stay. We booked the Luxury 1 Bedroom apartment (we were placed in floor type 2 on the lower ground level) and though pricey, this place is worth it. The apartment was cleaned very well, and well taken care of. The bathroom had heated floors which was a nice surprise, and we were happy to find upon our arrival there was some milk in the fridge for our 2 year old, bottled water, cheese, meats, bread and jams. Sainsbury's was only a 5 min walk so we were able to cook breakfast some mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there was a built in coffee maker as well. The sofa bed we had some trouble figuring out how to open but thankfully the night worker was kind enough to come and show us how to unfold it :D. The bedroom and living room had their own thermostat, the balcony was quite large, and we didn't have concerns with our kids getting out on the balcony since they were locked by a separate key. The front desk workers were also very kind and welcoming. The neighborhood we felt very safe, and were able to easily walk to Earls Court for dinner and buy souvenirs. The V&A museum was only about a 20 min walk, and there were plenty of delicious restaurants closeby. Of course, being on the lower ground level, the people walking above our apartment did sound like they were stomping around, but that is to be expected with apartments and it was only for the last few nights so it was not too bad. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay again!

This is a wonderful place to stay in London, comfortable, spacious and well located in the heart of Kensington. The staff are lovely, helpful and totally unflappable. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison highly enough! As a particularly demanding guest, I always expect an impeccable standard of service, and this establishment went above and beyond all my expectations. The property itself is incredibly pleasant – beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally high quality throughout. It is a wonderful place to stay. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was Shweta. Her professionalism is second to none; she was incredibly attentive and met my every single need with absolute grace and efficiency. It is, without a doubt, some of the finest customer service I have ever experienced. If you are looking for excellence in London, look no further. A massive thank you to Shweta – I shall certainly be returning very soon!
