“staff was so nice, clean room and excellent location”
The staff was lovely, they accommodated us with great care, even upgraded our room with the best quality of services. the location is excellent next to Earl's Court Station with many places to visit. Great stay,

“Lovely staff and decent hotel”
Booked this hotel last minute, the location is excellent next to Earl's Court Station with many restaurants to visit! Staff was lovely and fixed our door when our key did not work, they accommodated us with great care, even upgraded our room. Great stay!

“Relaxing weekend”
Had a nice welcome here, and nice comfortable bed, quiet as well , was able to leave my bags in checkout day for a while so I could do abit more sightseeing reception was very friendly and hotel near plenty of restaurants and cafes also very near tube good location
