“Nice hotel - great breakfast!”
Overall really enjoyed staying here on a business trip for 4 nights. The rooms are modern, bed comfortable and nice shower. “A memorable and wonderful stay”
We stayed for one night to attend the Boyzone Emirates gig. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and able to check in early. “Best Hotel”
Room experience was really good. 1st time in London so hotel staff treated me well. Especially, Sidath he was amazing in explaining the rooms plan and also did give some complimentary stuff. Did not have the chance to use the facilities at the hotel much as I was mostly out. But they were accommodating with late checkout for Titanium/Platinum members till 4pm with option to pay additional/hour beyond that. “Great stay!”
It is a good property and the staff is extremely helpful. TOHED/SHABIR assisted me and was great! I reduced one star as the fitness center is slightly outdated, and some of the equipment needs to be replaced. Rest of the Property is great.
