“London Gem!”
We have never had such attentive treatment when staying in London before and we loved this place! The location was fabulous, about 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden and a 5 minute walk to the closest tube. The area had a great bustle, but we were not disturbed by the outside noise. “Amazing hotel”
I love this hotel ! It’s my second stay and the front of house staff are amazing. I’d like to shout out - Aura, Doina, Tilly, Josh, Wiki, Bohdana and Zafar. Polite, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. Great location too.

We got a very warm welcome, the staff offered us cold drinks and fruit, and they took care of bringing the luggage to our room. We arrived an hour early, so our room wasn’t ready.
