Nhow London is a great hotel to be! When we come by Eurostar to central station in London and only 15 min by bus your at the the hotel Each time when we come to London we book this hotel Easy access with bus to central london or the metro Its a great hotel to be...unique in style ...English humor with a twist to royalty when you see the rooms....love it as a European A fore sure/must see hotel to visit. The rooms a large and we always love the welcome gift/card when we get in Staff is inviting you in..feels like home each time we come back Even today with a small bathroom issue we call and when we came back a nice greeting card from there maint.department..telling us its fixed Those little things are why we always love it here! I have stayed at nhow London several times over the past six months, and from a purely hotel perspective, it is an excellent choice. The location is very convenient, the rooms are spacious (by London standards), modern, and well-designed, and the entire property is spotlessly clean. The hotel offers all the amenities one would expect from a high-quality, contemporary stay, and overall the experience on-site is consistently very good. However, my most recent booking experience was deeply disappointing and has affected my trust in the brand of Minor Hotels. While attempting to book a superior room directly through the hotel’s website, I was initially quoted GBP 174. After a brief interruption (less than 15 minutes), I returned to complete the booking only to find that the exact same room had increased to GBP 219. Out of curiosity, I checked Booking.com, where the same room was available for approximately GBP 146. I booked it immediately. This creates a troubling situation: The hotel appears willing to sell the room at a significantly lower net rate via third-party platforms (even after commission), while asking loyal customers booking directly to pay substantially more. As a member of their loyalty program, this is irritating. Loyalty should not result in a financial disadvantage. I fully understand dynamic pricing, but when direct rates are materially higher than widely available third-party rates, it undermines confidence and discourages booking directly in the future. In short: Excellent hotel experience Very poor pricing transparency and loyalty value I will likely stay again because the hotel itself is very good—but I will not book directly unless pricing policies become more consistent and fair.
