“Great customer service”
As per usual, we had a great experience at NYX. I needed some help with a few things and Hamid on reception was extremely helpful. I really appreciate him going the extra mile, he’s a real credit to the hotel. Thank you Hamid.

“Amazing bar and service”
Amazing bar service, super chill ambiance. Bartender Vica was friendly, polite and quick :) she was well-informed about the area as well, and could point my friend and I in the right direction which was a major help!

“Spa day”
Used the Spa and had a light lunch afterwards. The staff with whom we interacted were attentive, warm and welcoming. Thank you Ava (in the Spa) and Tony who attended to us at lunch.
