“Well-located hotel with friendly service and fair pricing”
The hotel is very conveniently located, close to both Bayswater and Queensway stations. “Third Stay and Still Excellent”
This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again I am very satisfied. The cleanliness is excellent, the staff is polite and welcoming, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

“Good but improvements needed”
I booked the single room (207) with external shower room. The bedroom was fine and the shower room was OK but needed a plug in the sink, a longer shower curtain and a smaller tap arrangement in the shower as the present arrangement protrudes too far and restricts space for showering.

“Nice and clean, but terrible breakfast”
The hotel was nice, and even though it was within walking distance from Hyde Park and Notting Hill, it was in a quiet and calm street. Affordable price, and clean.
