“The best Premier Inn that we have stayed in”
This must be one of Premier Inn's showcase locations - on the other side of the river from the Houses of Parliament. Our plus room was excellent (room 500) - very quiet and comfortable. “Short stay in London”
Convenient location. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and air conditioned. Good choice at breakfast. We would stay here again.

“Great location!!! Great hotel!”
Hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and adequate for the two of us. The location was ideal for tourists. “Great location.”
Great location and clean room. Staff were friendly too. The next morning the cleaner entered the room at 8am thinking we had checked out but we hadn’t. That wasn’t great.

“Great location, but worth the money - not sure!”
Great locations, good room but staffing numbers not sufficient and restaurant very very average in terms of food quality and timely service. Staff work hard and try their best, but there is a feel that there is insufficient staff available to serve the number of customers
