“The Prince William hotel can't find anything negative points”
The staff were great couldn't do enough for you. Our was situated on the ground floor G01 it was a good size room with a bathroom which was also a good size with a two person shower no problem I would recommend this hotel to all traveling to London it in the center of restaurants shops and railway … more

“Clean room friendly staff”
We stayed 2 nights. The staff were friendly and stored our bags for free during the last day to allow us to sight see around London. It was a small room and quite warm but they provided a Dan plus clean towels both days.

“Unfriendly waitress at breakfast. Too tiny spaces either in common spaces and rooms to the lift and too expensive…………..”
The passage from the common area to the lift and rooms is too narrow, making circulation quite difficult. In addition, the cleanliness of the room remains unsatisfactory even after housekeeping
