Fantastic ground floor apartment 1A . Small kitchen and seating area , mezzanine floor with a large double bed , seperate bathroom and shower . Very clean , super friendly and helpful lady on reception . There is car parking on the main road for 4 hours , but if you go down Queensgate to Harrington road , and use Kensington parking centre we got 24 hours for £60 . Ideal for Albert Hall , Natural history and Hyde Park , would absolutely stay here again . Word of warning though if you are tall like me mind your head , the ceiling is very low on the Mezzanine! Apart from the entrance, where there is no ramp or rail, there are stairs and lifts to access all floors We were in a lower basement flat which is what I booked. It was perfect for what we wanted, with a small kitchen area with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There was just enough crockery and cutlery, but as we didn't cook it was fine. However a tea towel would be good for drying the few pots you use - no point wasting water on a dishwasher. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the pillows fine and for what time we spent in there, the chairs and settee were OK. The rooms are serviced every other weekday. There's no need to change towels every time, but I would have liked a top up of shampoo and shower gel a I used them the first day. It was far too hot in the room and the blower only seemed to blow out warm air. Fortunately being on the lower ground floor and having an enclosed space between two walls, we were able to open the sliding doors to let in cool air. Security is generally good. It's key card to access the building and the room and has a 24hr reception and cameras on all floors. There's a safe in the room. It's in a perfect location 10 mins walk from Gloucester Road tube and a little further from High Street Kensington tube. The road isn't too busy. Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall are within 5 mins walk and the Natural History Museum 10 mins away. On adjacent Gloucester Road there are plenty of restaurants and a couple of food shops.

“Good location”

Spacious rooms. clean apartments. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location especially near to the Hyde park. Friendly reception with flexibility in check in and out. One downside is too much noises from the street.
