Stayed at the Radisson Blu Marble Arch and honestly, it’s all about the location. You’re literally steps from Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and the Marble Arch station......hard to beat that convenience in London. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in experience was smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side (pretty typical for central London). Breakfast was available but i opted out of it as I'm not a breakfast person; and the overall vibe of the hotel felt calm despite being in such a busy area. That said, it’s not a 'luxury' experience....more of a well located, practical stay. Some areas could use a bit of updating, and soundproofing isn’t the best. But for accessibility, convenience, and a reliable base in central London, it does the job well.

I have stayed at a few Radisson hotels and have found them very good value for money. We had not stayed here before. I am a Radisson member and we arrived around midday just hoping to leave our case with them. We were told our room was ready and we had been upgraded. The receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Room was spacious with coffee machine/hairdryer, iron etc. We were only here for 1 night however if you need somewhere centrally located I would definitely recommend. Oxford street was round the corner and close to tube station etc. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

“Central hotel”

Reception staff were lovely. Stayed in a double room which was clean and warm. Good facilities including kettle, coffee maker, canned water, iron and ironing board.

My club room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay on business. Apart from some colourful window blinds the room was dull and forgetable. While overall the room was a reasonable size, it was a strange shape and I could hardly wheel my cabin sized case around the bed. Everything worked and was clean, but nothing was conveniently situated. Sockets were in the wrong places and there was little in the way of controlable lighting. Not a room to spend time in but fine for one night. It had everything I needed but no finesse. Shower and bath, but the shower head was fixed. Like many hotels these days, large cotainers provided shower gel, shampoo etc. Clearly these are checked and filled but again like many other hotels, nobody checks that the dispensers work effectively. It took some effort to extract the shower gel and shampoo as the pumps were failing. All the staff I met were first class, friendly, efficient and helpful. The young man at breakfast was attentive and a great ambassador for the hotel. Great coffee and a decent breakfast. The hotel is tucked away in a small side street with little passing traffic. The location is very convenient and there are several nice restaurants just a short stroll away in Quebec Street. I will happily return for a business stay but it would not be a first choice for a leasurely weekend on London.

The Radisson near Marble Arch has a great location, but overall the experience felt average and didn’t fully live up to expectations for a hotel of this brand. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located, just steps from Marble Arch and Oxford Street, making it ideal for shopping and sightseeing. The lobby and common areas look modern and well-presented, and staff were generally polite and professional during check-in. However, the rooms were underwhelming. While clean, they felt dated and smaller than expected, with noticeable wear and tear. The furnishings and bathroom could use an update, and soundproofing was poor, making outside noise an issue, especially at night. For the price, the room quality didn’t match the standard advertised. Service was inconsistent—some staff members were helpful, while others seemed rushed or inattentive. Housekeeping was adequate but not exceptional, and overall attention to detail was lacking. In summary, the Radisson Marble Arch is acceptable for a short stay if location is your top priority, but it doesn’t offer great value for money. With some upgrades and more consistent service, it could be much better. At present, it’s an average experience that doesn’t quite justify its pricing.
