“A true gem in the heart of Kensington”
This hotel is fantastic and now our new "go to" for trips to London. The room was excellent - clean, quiet and with very comfortable bedding. Beautiful hotel next to Kensington Palace. Gorgeous views. Spacious room ( had Royal deluxe double room) and the shower water pressure absolutely lovely. Very clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
