“Lovely”
Just back from a football trip and stayed here it was really nice.Rooms are comfortable,area is nice,very central,easy to get to ,literally 2 mins from paddington station,staff are polite and friendly,i would reccomend and would stay again.

“Very basic”
Location is brilliant as it’s close to the train station. But the hotel is quite run down. No lift. No body wash or shampoo in the bathroom. Not many choices for breakfast.

Location was perfect close to transport links all over London Atmosphere was clean & friendly Breakfast was all fresh with plenty of choice though basic The room was small for 3 adults but again clean with fresh towels on demand and crisp cotton bedding All staff were friendly and helpful as well… more
