“A good experience at an affordable price”
Even when the rooms are nothing special and the stairs are criminal, it is compensated by very friendly and warm staff. Been here since my teen years with family if we're in London. I'm not a fussy person, so staying here is convenient for me. “Good Location near Paddington Station”
Great location & we had a lovely room overlooking the park. Even had Air Con. Small room but adequate. Comfortable beds.

“Small, but nice hotel”
Nice small hotel. Very old, but well kept. Simpel standard breakfast. Good service. I slept very well on the comfortable bed. There is no elevator. You have to carry your luggage upstairs. Perfect location near Paddington station.

The place has anything ut takes, a lovely lobby and very helpful staff. For London beginners, it is ideally situated since so close to Paddington stn.
