“Definitely worth a 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel”
Abdulla was so nice and funny.. He even checked us in early, even though the check-in time was 3pm. Thank you, Abdulla you’re genuinely such a lovely and funny person to chat with. If I lived in London, I’d definitely be happy to stay again! 😊❤️

“Excellent Service”
Anthony, the doorman, was extremely kind and helpful. He helped me with my suitcase, offered to book a taxi for me, and gave me clear and helpful directions. His overall attitude was lovely and he went above and beyond to make my experience easier. 10/10 service!

“Highly recommend”
Everything was perfect here. I’ve stayed here before but this time around, the staff were even more exceptional. From check in to check out and Anthony at the door, everyone was thoughtful and kind. It made all the difference between a good stay and a wonderful one.
