Room spotless, bed very comfortable, staff friendly - Joseph in particular went above and beyond to get me a toothbrush as he had to hunt for a spare! “Great location and perfectly fine (not fantastic) hotel.”
Location is excellent and hotel has good amenities including good breakfast, downstairs bar etc. What lets the hotel down a touch is the tired rooms and decor and the queues at breakfast. However due to location alone it is difficult to beat this hotel and will likely return.

“People good, room less good”
Staff were brilliant. Room was average. Lifts were not working well, I spent 8 minutes waiting for a lift which refused to stop on floor 7. Shoutout to Anthony for great service
