Stayed for 2 nights in May and would stay again. A few hiccups on arrival with the wrong room being allocated and then we had to wait an hour for another. But once we were in our room it was nice. “Superb patisseries and very friendly staff”
My wife and I decided to go to The Berkeley for tea and we were given such a lovely welcome by David, one of the doormen. As we had not been before he showed us around all of the bars and eating areas which was really helpful. The patisseries were out of this world, not only delicious but beautiful… more

“Perfect”
Having a very Indulgent spa day and night ! Service is amazing 🤩 .. room is gorgeous and the bathroom is like a dream and I love the Japanese loo!!
