“Beautiful home away from home!”

My family and I had an enjoyable and comfortable 2 week stay at the stunning Carlyle Luxury Serviced Apartments. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished and gives value for money.I found the staff professional and helpful 👌🏿I would definitely recommend .

The entrance to the apartments is not on Cromwell Road itself; this should be clarified. Pillows were too hard, bed mattresses were too old, and nothing could be done about them. The entrance to the apartments is not on Cromwell Road itself; this should be clarified. Pillows were too hard, bed mattresses were too old, and nothing could be done about them. Could hear everything from the toilets (zero soundproofing), kitchen appliances, and cutlery that were either not working or old and not clean to use. Barely any cleaning supplies provided, had to keep asking for replacements all stay. Mid stay clean is very expensive and worthless (person did not clean anything!). A lot of coordination is required with the staff for every little thing, which is a hassle, honestly. A homeless person frequented the doorstep that the staff was unaware of. The entrance is not disability-friendly. Otherwise, close to Earl's Court Station and amenity shops. The apartment itself is big in comparison to other serviced ones we have used before.
