“Very pleasantly surprised”
We stayed at the columbia for two nights and there was not one thing we could fault. We had a great stay, very comfortable bed, super clean, very friendly staff, yes it's not modern but who cares. It was great.

We chose this hotel for a number of reasons, the location as it overlooks the beautiful Kensington gardens. The room rates for central London are extremely reasonable.
