“First overseas trip.”
Found staff very helpful. About a 10 min walk to fast food and restaurants. Very quiet. Clean rooms. Lovely bathroom. Buses and trains close by and easy to use. Close to Westminster by bus. 10 min walk to Kensington high street❤️

“Good option in Kensington”
Great location. Spacious and freshly renovated room (101 - executive room). Some late night noise on a Saturday evening. Lift access to rooms.

“Good stay”
Nice hotel in fantastic location. Comfy bed and great bathroom. Our only negative is as we stopped in the heatwave the a c did not seem strong enough to get nighttime temp down sufficiently so our sleep was affected . Apart from that all good.

“Lovely hotel but needs work”
Good: friendly greeting at reception, aircon was very welcome, bed clean and comfortable, complimentary water in fridge, location. Not so good: safe broken, badly stained carpet, lampshades loose, dressing table backing with plug sockets loose, grouting missing in bathroom floor.
