Wanted to take the time to write a review because we left feeling so happy with our stay! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location that made everything very convenient. A special thank you to Anna, who helped us with our room and made sure we were comfortable. Anna was able to check us in earlier than expected and in a beautiful room! We truly appreciated her efforts. Our room was spacious and made the experience even better. The service throughout the stay was outstanding. Classy and Nirjala (I believe I am spelling the name incorrectly) during breakfast and at other moments went above and beyond. They were attentive, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at The Park Tower Knightsbridge. I’ll start with the only downside and then move to everything that made the stay memorable. Cons: The building is definitely showing its age. You can see some wear and tear in the rooms and certain parts of the property. Nothing that ruined the stay, but it is noticeable. Pros: The service here completely blew us away. While checking in, the front desk staff member, Lokesh, noticed from my son’s passport that it was his birthday. We didn’t mention it and didn’t even realize he had noticed. A few minutes after reaching our room, we received a slice of cheesecake with a handwritten birthday note for him. About an hour later, the hotel surprised us again with a soft toy and a box of truffles, along with another handwritten card signed by 4–6 hotel staff members wishing him a happy birthday. That level of thoughtfulness was incredibly touching and completely unexpected. Location: If you want to stay in the Knightsbridge area, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Harrods, great restaurants, Hyde Park, and easy to get around London from here. Rooms: The room size worked well for our family of four, which is not always easy to find in London hotels. The view from the room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a very thorough job every day. The bathroom was also a good size compared to many London hotels, although the shower shape was a little unusual (probably due to the building’s circular design). Breakfast: As Marriott Titanium members, we received complimentary breakfast for two adults, and it was excellent. Pancakes, waffles, avocado toast, and omelettes were freshly made to order. The service during breakfast was again phenomenal. One of the staff members (a Spanish gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) remembered our names and our order from the previous day — and we only stayed two nights. Overall, while the building itself could use some updates, the service and staff — especially Lokesh at the front desk — made this stay truly memorable for our family.

I decided to do a quick 5 day (3 full day) mother-daughter trip this January and stayed at the Park Tower Knightsbridge. I would recommend to others and would love to return again for a future trip! We were kindly upgraded to a higher floor and a park view in our booked category. Whenever we entered the room it smelled like mint, not like smoke at all as another review mentioned. Room service was the only thing available close to midnight upon arrival and it was actually delicious. Housekeeping was late in the day as another review mentioned (but we were out all day so it didn't matter) and one night we had turndown service which included closing the curtains, putting water at our bedside, and a chocolate, which was appreciated. You could hear street noise at night, but I'm sure that's due to the fact that we were facing the street and we aren't used to city noise in general. The location was my primary reason for booking at the Park Tower... the Knightsbridge Underground station just outside the door through the corridor off the lobby on the Piccadilly line (2 stops away from the West End where we spent 2 nights at shows), a few minutes walk to Harrods and a few minutes more to the Victoria and Albert Museum and their amazing Marie Antoinette exhibition. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. I recommend the Park Tower Knightsbridge, and hope to return in the near future!
