“World class customer service”
Birthday stay and dinner. Perfect from beginning to end and the concierge even arranged a private tour of Hamleys Toy store. There is no service like the ritz we will be back thank you

“Afternoon Tea.”
Afternoon tea amazing! We have been to several hotels for afternoon tea over the years and the Ritz is our new favourite. Beautiful room, amazing staff and beautifully presented afternoon tea, pianist playing in the background in amazing surroundings, worth every penny. We will definitely be back.
