“Wonderful.”
The staff were wonderful, friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was very good. The rooms are small compared to US, but the bed was comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

“Service and location can't be beat”
We stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel and were treated like royalty. Our location was perfect walking distance to palace, Westminster and parliament/big ben.
