This is an excellent location for visiting London. Fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. Small but adequate. Very helpful staff. I would return again again.

We stayed 4 Nights over the New Years and it was perfect. We were in a twin studio room and found the size to be apt for two people. The minibar was fully stocked with an espresso machine and enough storage under the beds for our luggage. The Staff were wonderful, always smiling and always open to have a conversation. However, the Location was what blew us away, right in rhe middle of it all. Every place you would want to visit in London is literally walking distance from here. There are numerous coffee shops at the doorstep for breakfast, and several bars around for a nightcap. Would not hesitate at all to book again when in London

Location is excellent, however the room wasn't clean when I checked in (or cleaned during my stay). The dishwasher hadn't been looked at as it had old pasta and an abandoned spoon inside, also smelt a bit nasty. The fridge was iced up yet not actually cold enough to keep milk fresh. Location is excellent, however the room wasn't clean when I checked in (or cleaned during my stay). The dishwasher hadn't been looked at as it had old pasta and an abandoned spoon inside, also smelt a bit nasty. The fridge was iced up yet not actually cold enough to keep milk fresh. Most of the staff I met were great but reception is tiny and seemed to be full of suitcases most of the day, so little room to move around/access the lift. Rooms are also very small - fine for a single person for a couple of nights but I'm not sure two people would cope very well. And nowhere to store many clothes - just four hangers in a thin nook. Whilst you may benefit from being small due to lack of room space, some items are stored high up (microwave, crockery, etc) so could be dangerous to try and reach them. Also the bed was high to get into and one side is against a wall so you'd have to crawl across. Also worrying was a plug socket that was coming out of the wall. I also managed to hit my head on a dangling lamp every time I went in or out of bed. Basically, stay here if you need to be very central to the West End of London but I wouldn't book again. My suggestion to management would be to try using the rooms and check them over more thoroughly before allowing guests to check in.
