Conveniently located within a short walking distance to Paddington station. Room was very clean. The bed is pushed up against a wall which does make it a little awkward. Daily cleaning only provided for an extra fee but rubbish is collected and fresh towels provided on request. For a 3 night stay we didn’t bother. Overall a comfortable stay.

“A Nice Concept for Hotels.”

The Aparthotel concept is excellent. Fits between a standard hotel and an AirBnB. A bigger room than a standard hotel with other amenities (laundry, small kitchenette, mini fridge) that enhance the stay. The Aparthotel concept is excellent. Fits between a standard hotel and an AirBnB. A bigger room than a standard hotel with other amenities (laundry, small kitchenette, mini fridge) that enhance the stay. This particular hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to Paddington Station and located in a nice little area with stores and restaurants. And within 10 minutes there are scores of restaurants and pubs. You are also just a 5 minute walk to the Edgware underground station. This hotel was also very quiet. It does lack daily housekeeping and we stayed 6 nights. But requests for new towels, trash removal, etc where handled in minutes by a very attentive staff. Nice place.

Initial impressions of the hotel were great with a modern style and a lovely 'spa-like' scent in the reception area. Immediately tainted by a member of reception asking 'check-in' and then abruptly pointing to the check in screens with a sour face. Check in on the machine was simple so thankfully didn't need to engage with staff - though allocated a room on the 13th floor (I didn't think this floor existed in most hotels!) Superstition didn't get the best of me and I found the room well appointed for a few nights business stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning allowed me to maintain a preferred temperature and the electric shutters allowed for an almost pitch black room for great sleep. Here's my 'things to consider before you stay here list': - Location is great! Close to tube stations, restaurants and shops - it's also a quieter part of the city. - Having access to a kitchenette is great to save money but I found no instructions on how to use any of the appliances - had to google to be able to use the microwave. Instruction booklets or a one page document would be super beneficial. - Having access to a kitchenette is not great however, when the hotel doesn't empty bins even when the 'please empty my bin' sign is put out you might end up with a room smelling continuously like whatever you cooked - Bed is super comfy but in the studio room it's against the window so if two people staying you will be climbing over each other to get in and out of bed. The bed is also two single mattresses which seems very bizarre as the room cannot be set up a twin bed format! - Everything is hi-tech - no light switches or buttons. Very modern but again no instructions and a period of trial and error to understand what does what. Not sure how accessible this is to people with visual difficulties - Lighting in the room is dim, there's no strong light to be able to do make up for example - The shower is completely impracticable (and almost inaccessible). With a door that folds inwards you can't turn the shower on before entering without flooding the bathroom (so you have to hope the temperature is right before entering and then turning it on). For patrons of a larger stature you will struggle to get into the shower and then close the door! To summarise, the hotel is well appointed (you can access breakfast, bar and other facilities that I did not make use of) and comfortable. Service needs to be improved with staff learning how to be welcoming and ensuring housekeeping are following customer requests. (I've seen lots of reviews mentioning WhatsApp bots but I didn't even find any instructions on how to manage issues via this means). Hi Tech doesn't always mean high satisfaction though and I would encourage both customers and the hotel to consider this side of things.

“Could be great either way some improvements.”

Great location. Pleasant staff. Room design let it down- Be aware of a bed against a wall with minimum space at the end of it creating a hazard- very inconvenient for a few night stay for 2 people.
