Over 50 solo female traveller here. 3 nights. Perfect location. 130mtrs to Puerta del Sol with Sol train station underground. Variety of restaurants including fast food outlets around. “Cosy hotel with a great location”
We found Esmeralda as a very nice place with helpful and kind reception staff, not english speaking though. Great location within the walking distance to all most interesting spots. Just over a decent Irish Pub. recomended!

“Ask for a quiet room”
I did and I got a room which had a window but looked into back of the building. We took a triple room and I never heard any noise and slept like a baby.
