This is more like a three star hotel than a hostel. One day before arrival I got a message with all information on how to get there, very informative and a nice gesture. “Excellent hotel in a great location.”
Fantastic hotel on the Grand Via in Madrid. Great location for all the tourist sites and excellent restaurants close by. Loved the room decor and the coffee and tea making facilities were much appreciated. Would definitely stay here if staying in Madrid again. Very Highly recommend this Hotel.

“Functional, very clean”
The place s a bit difficult to find. Receptionist (Inna) extremely kind and helpful. The place is functional in the first place. Very clean. Good sleeps thanks to good bed and good sound isolation windows. Don’t expect a palace, but a simple, decent place to rest in the middle of the city.
