“Great staff”
Elena was amazing. The hotel and location was good and fine. The attention and service provided by the staff was outstanding. And I travel a lot.

“Great location, basic facilities”
This hotel had a great location right on the Grand Via. The room was adequate, though a bit basic, with no decoration, and there was no bar or comfortable lobby area. However, the breakfast buffet was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Not a bad choice.
