“Wonderful stay”
A very different concept from are usual Hotel that we stay at ,but a very one ,very clean throughout ,staff friendly and helpful ,in particular the young Cuban man on reception (sorry didn’t get his name unfortunately)would highly recommend ,thank you.

“Christmas Stay at Hotel”
Stayed at the Mayerling Hotel from 22nd to 27th December for Christmas with my son. Hotel situated very near to visiting Prado Museum and other sights and plenty of places to eat. “Needs updating a bit”
The room we stayed in needed updating, it looks a bit tired. The shower was in the corner of the room, which meant some water would spill out on to the floor through the broken seals. The staff were friendly and helpful though, and the breakfast was very good.
