“Excellent location but needs to be updated”
Hotel in ideal location for City Centre, staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were clean but need to be painted to refresh walls, look dirty. Plug sockets, only found 2 in room under tv and they were not in good condition, sparks flew from one when plugging in phone charger. Ma… more

“Good location and nice staff”
I stayed here 4 nights. The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is just super, only 1 minute walk from Gran Via. The breakfast was just basic. Cons: The hotel really needs renovation, but it was very clean. Also, we had economy room, which was really cold in the end of september.

“Decent, Good Location”
A perfectly acceptable hotel just up from Gran Via and a short walk from many central areas. Quiet, clean rooms with a bit of space. Alas, no coffee maker in room; but there is a small bar fridge which is nice for purchases. Bed isn’t the most comfortable, but perfectly fine. Fairly good buffet… more
