“Excellent hotel with great location & staff”
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Nohelia in reception was exceptional. She helped us with everything that we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location was great and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. Overall an exceptional experience.

“Great Location and Comfortable Family Stay”
Very well-located hotel on Gran Vía, close to everything: shopping, restaurants, cafés… The breakfast is decent and varied. My children and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely return soon.
