The hotel is incredibly located in City Centre. The reception has amazing staff. The food is incredible.

“Visit To Lilongwe”
Not the usual service during possibly because hotel was full. Reception check in and out were slower than normal, room given had several carpet stains and was noisy especially during the night. Housekeeping was excellent, room service was very good, the porter service was good.
