“Great Della and plates got stains”
Della was excellent—her service during breakfast was attentive and welcoming. However, the plates and bowls had visible stains, which was disappointing. This has been an ongoing issue, as I’ve stayed here many times over the years since this hotel is under my company’s panel.

“Exploring/Relaxing in Johor Bahru”
The customer service is amazing, I enjoyed my stay here. It would be better if the TV has more options to watch YouTube or Netflix or more channels. Having an iron in the room would be better too and if theres soap at the toilet bowl area. The rooms are not soundproof which can be a bit disturbing … more

“Great stay with friendly staff”
We booked two rooms, and both were very clean and tidy. The service was excellent. The breakfast food could use some improvement—perhaps making it less spicy and adding more options for kids. Server Ms. Vilma and Ms. Dayuni are highly commendable for their friendly and excellent service.
