“Good experience”
Rooms are big enough for the family. Service was great. 2nd time back at this JB branch. 4th time with hyatt place. Always good.

Very comfortable stay that is right next to Paradigm mall which is a wonderful place to spend time with family. Very satisfied with my entire holiday!

“Good Hotel with great guest experience. But Breakfast is a little "Nahhhh". Food court might have more food variety.”
All is good except for breakfast variety is a bit "nah". Not much of an option or choice as compared to other hotels like even Amari in JB. Rooms are definitely clean with great guest experience but coming from Hyatt, I think there should be a little more or just a little more of impact on the food… more

“Great hotel w convenience”
Very convenient hotel with a huge mall below. Hotel is well kept and staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeping is top notch

The hotel is located just above Paradigm Mall JB. The mall has many shops and games offered for children. Good for weekend short stay for family. The hotel is pleasantly maintained well, and breakfast is simple and nice. Gym room's equipment all looks very new. Swimming pool is well maintained… more
