Reception staff Pn Nina was very helpful. Thanks Nina. Also, thanks to the hard work of the 5th floor cleaning staff, Shahira during our 6-night stay. I'll stay here again. The location is very convenient. It is near to Aman Central Shopping mall.

“Helpful front desk”
Extremely helpful front desk (Aqilah Syazwani) who helped arranged land transport from Penang Airport to hotel in Alor Setar and another staff for allowing late checkout when we finally reached hotel circa midnight

“An awesome stay at deluxe room for two nights”
We reached to the hotel quite late since it was 2nd day of Raya. But the checked in went well. The receptionist was good and nice. Even we looked so tired but he was very attentive. “Nice stay”
Great location, walking distance to Aman Central and surrounded by various local hawker centres, including Chinese, Malay and vegetarian restaurants. Next time, we may skip the hotel breakfast to try more local meals. We stayed here for two nights, The hotel room was clean, spacy and quiet.
