Dear Lexis Hibiscus Management, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to three exceptional members of your teams – Asikin, Prem and Nimalen. Their service was nothing short of outstanding. Despite my last-minute request for a candlelight dinner and birthday celebration, they handled everything with remarkable professionalism, efficiency and genuine care. Every detail was beautifully arranged, and the entire experience was seamless and truly memorable. What impressed me the most was not only their excellent service, but also their sincerity, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They made us feel genuinely valued and cared for throughout the experience. In my opinion, these three individuals truly represent the standard of five-star hospitality. They are the kind of employees every hotel should be proud to have. I sincerely hope the management recognises their exceptional commitment and rewards them accordingly. “Good resort.”

Atmosphere is good. Gym are to small. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking for panaroma sea view room had to be improved. We were instructed to park outside and come in to drive again after check in even we proof we go the booking room , guard insist want a room number to gain the entrance… more

Atmosphere is good. Gym are to small. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking for panaroma sea view room had to be improved. We were instructed to park outside and come in to drive again after check in even we proof we go the booking room , guard insist want a room number to gain the entrance to the specific parking. Umi Japanese food are fresh and nice , check in at lobby are smooth , buggy service are excellent. Would come again.

I recently stayed at this resort for one night with family, and we booked four rooms. I was very impressed that the hotel kindly upgraded us and ensured all our rooms were adjacent—a fantastic touch that made our stay much more enjoyable. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, and the coffee house served a delicious variety of food with generous portions. However, the property itself is feeling quite tired and dated. It’s in need of a full refurbishment to bring it up to a modern 5-star standard. We noticed that the small details were often overlooked: the blinds were crumpled, a toilet seat was loose, and some of the room decor was chipped. Additionally, the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. While we appreciated the excellent hospitality and the convenience of our room arrangements, the room maintenance needs more attention to match the high level of service the staff provides.
