It was a spacious apartment strategic located nearby the main road, walking distance to bus station, Starbucks, banks, cafes, etc. But the phone signal was really bad (Block Carnation) which we don't really mind as we're having fun on phone-less trip! For check-in/out, I suggest you call the in-charge person 30mins/1hour earlier. We had a smooth check-in (deposit RM100). We request for slightly late check out around 1pm (when booking & on the spot), rejected. He told us we shall leave sharp 12pm or he have to charge us additional 1day but when I called him to check out on 11.45am, he was at Brinchang. He don't let us leave & come back by 12.30pm but end up we have to wait him to come, check apartment and refund our deposit around 12.30pm.

It has been almost 2 years since I have been here. It was a quite last minute decision to book the this 3 bedroom apartment and really glad we did. The apartment is cozy and spacious.Heritage hotel is just opposite this apartment.It was quite well equipped apartment with kitchen and things we need for our short getaway.Nice and comfy bedrooms, clean and relaxing living room with a nice view.The tv also comes with Astro. Just that some of the kitchen tools like pots and pan were quite worn out but still can be used and if you like you may also bring your own. The water boiler wasn't working but Mr. Wong, the person in charge was quite helpful and friendly to get us with a new one and also there was one night where there no water supply due to the broken pipeline perhaps it was school holiday and many spend their holiday here but Mr. Wong was also kind enough to supply us with two big bottles of water for cleaning and washing. This apartment really suitable for family or friends. As it was very near to Heritage Hotel, we could also stop by at the library and our little one could play at the play room which is just opposite the library.

“Fine for budget, but could be better”

We enjoyed our stay here. It was, as others reviewed, quite dated, but we kinda found it funny pretending we were staying at grandma’s house. Views were stunning and Mr Wong was friendly and helpful. We’d stay again but not until it gets a refurb.

Our family of five stayed in this unit. Pros: spacious, stunning view and good location. Cons: Dated/worn and dirty feeling. There were other people’s shoes in the unit! Master bath had no shower curtain and rod was literally duct taped so I considered that unusable. WiFi signal was weak; think they were “sharing” with the heritage hotel across the street. Check in was confusing. This is an apartment complex, not a hotel. This had a 4.2 rating on hotels.com but I would give it a 2.5.
