room is clean, like the window, pleasant stay just be aware of the spacious car open parking next to the hotel. The hotel seem like has no reserve car park for customer. The open parking has no parking sign board that it require to pay for MBSP (Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai) which i though it belong to the hotel, until I get a summon from bandaraya only I know that the parking is belong to local government, and the hotel receptionist is not diligent enough in informing customer about the parking.

my husband and i chose to stay here because it is within walking distance to a bridal studio that we were engaged with. it is an average, small room with not much room for walking after we put 2 luggages on the floor. cleanliness is okay. not many tv channels. there is a water station outside our room. shower head water pressure is a little low. the knob (not sure if this is what you call it), which you pull to turn on the water doesnt indicate the temperature but rather the water pressure. if you turn it to your left, the water gets little. ifyou turn it to your right, it comes down in torrents. i find it weird and off bcz that is not how the water knob works. receptionist works almost at a snail-like pace. breakfast is a simple set of eggs and bread in different cooking way. but there is a cafe downstairs which serves better breakfast that what the hotel can offer. however, that will cost more. we paid about RM50 for a breakfast there on our first day. there is a kopitiam nearby, serving local food for breakfast n lunch. we had wantan mee there on our second day which costs only RM10 for 2 pax. hailing rides are easy so you can either rent a car to drive around or just call for Grab.

“Budget and Basic hotel”

Just a basic budget hotel. Had a advantage of close to the AEON Mall and neatness. As with many Malaysian hotel loosing is freshness and with it its Cleanliness. Prices are expensive when compared to facilities provided.

We checked in on the 9/6/18@ almost 7 pm. Two rooms. The second room was located next to a storeroom where my daughter and her baby was. The whole night the storeroom was being opened and shut disturbing their sleep. The soap and shower gel which was in our bathroom was half used. This is our second stay in this hotel. What a disappointment. The cashier called us 10 minutes before 12 to vacate the room saying it is their policy. Even 5 star hotels everywhere don’t do that. The Brava cafe in the hotel is excellent. Food as well as service. The cempedak and ondeh ondeh cake so tasty and unique

“one night stay”

very small room and not convenient to stay because during at night very lousy because karaoke area. we facing blackout for almost 3 hours and customer service not helping at all. the toilet also very dirty until call the room service to clean up. even the house keeping person make face to us.
