We were not too keen on Mercure after coming from Pullman KL city centre. There are only two Accor hotels in Penang and we had little choice. “Good hotel but location is a concern”
Excellent view provided you book the sea view room. Average service,but I don't plblame staff as it is normal in Penang. Good for stay but bit far from Gorge town happening place.
