I was recommended to try this nice boutique hotel instead of the Banjaran for this visit to Ipoh. This is a very quaint and well-managed establishment that is located very close to the city center. Arrival was met by a friendly front-staffer who efficiently checked me into my room. Lobby area is small (cosy) but nicely decorated with the theme of the hotel, re: Bali-esque; i like it. There is a small sitting area that serves as both lobby and breakfast area - that served amazing food. Short walk to the assigned room was through a small and well-manicured courtyard that exuded serenity and calmness. Assigned room was of good size with tall ceilings and that carried the same theme (decoratively) as throughout the establishment - it was well done. Room was clean, nicely decorated and had a small balcony and water garden (next to it) that had koi fish that you could feed (they gather promptly at your feet when you step onto the balcon; they have been well-trained - lol). Bed was on the hard side but acceptable and the bathroom was of a good size - it was functional barring the need to climb into a bath tub for the shower experience - but they provided a slip mat that was appreciated. Everything worked - all the lights, wifi signal was robust and the offerings from the TV were excellent (much, much more extensive than the higher grade hotels in the area). Took advantage of a spa massage that provided an incredible experience - room was very pretty and the service rendered was attentive and energetic. Overall, a great stay; this lovely boutique hotel provided an experience that was beyond my expectations for the rates charged.

“Best of the Best!”

I was told that the hotel is 9 years old. It's so well maintained that it doesn't look worn out. Kudos to the hotel's Management and staff for the excellent job of maintaining its cleanliness and allure. I was told that the hotel is 9 years old. It's so well maintained that it doesn't look worn out. Kudos to the hotel's Management and staff for the excellent job of maintaining its cleanliness and allure. I have nothing but praise for this place during my stay, from the time I checked in to the food for breakfast, housekeeping, etc. I will be back & will stay longer!

“Tranquil stay”

This property is exquisitely a Balinese boutique hotel with limited rooms. Private with friendly service. Rooms are big and cool with all the usual hotel amenities.

Great location and close to Greentown with its fabulous restaurants! Friendly and helpful staff and great clean rooms. As it is a little out of old town, using Grab was very helpful, quick and cheap. Rooms could do with providing some black tea bags and milk (not powdered). Breakfast could have mor… more

Great location and close to Greentown with its fabulous restaurants! Friendly and helpful staff and great clean rooms. As it is a little out of old town, using Grab was very helpful, quick and cheap. Rooms could do with providing some black tea bags and milk (not powdered). Breakfast could have more variety of bread and not just white bread. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and the ambience of the hotel and highly recommended.
