“Excellent staff service Mr Syahid”
We booked the room under my name Mrs Nor Badanita. We arrive at this hotels on 1st September night. We just walk in as we dont have a place to stay at that night. Mr. Syahid was so helpful. “Great stay in the hotel”
Pros: Rooms were quite nice Staff were courteous and helped and guided us for sight seeing and in getting a cab Quite close to airport. Cons: Not many amenities like spa. But basic snacks are available, there is a restaurant too. Food is okish.

Hotel has astonishing view of ipoh caves. Check in was smooth and special thanks to accommodating staffs especially Ms Visha she help alot with suggestions with places we wanted to visit.
