“Relaxing Stay”
Rooms, service, location- Good as expected. Hotel Mall connected. Easy. Arrived late at night, lobby was dark as if was already closed ( dim lightings) and only one staff working. No 24 hrs room service. No room slippers (requested but was not sent to the room). Not complaining but can improved on… more

What you'd expect from a Novotel. Nothing exceptional but clean and comfortable with all the facilities. Spacious room.
